The completely newly renovated apartment on the first floor of a picturesque old stone house offers, in addition to all modern comforts, primarily one thing: a view! While you are making food in the new kitchen, you can enjoy the view towards Dolcedo. From the roof deck you have a view over the roofs as far as the sea alps and on clear days, even to the sea! Zia Maria offers sophisticated comfort with air conditioning in an original ambiance. Up to 4 people will find space in 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 bunk bed). Your dog is very welcome here!

  • Please send the deposit to our account in Germany as given in the reservation. The remaining payment to the landlord occurs when you receive the keys. Electricity, water, gas and bedsheets are included in the rental price. Heating costs, if applicable, will be charged separately on site. The final cleaning costs € 40 per booking. We charge a onetime cleaning fee of € 20 per pet. All prices are for a booking for the amount of people given in the house description.
