This spacious detached villa is set against the backdrop of the magnificent Taurus mountains giving it lovely views over Kalkan village. The villa has a light and airy feel accommodating 6 people over 3 floors.(A/C provided). Two double bedrooms with on suite shower rooms both with private balconies(with outside seating). Top floor attic room with twin beds leading to a large roof terrace with seating giving fantastic sea views over Kalkan. Villa Adden has a fully equipped open plan kitchen/dinner & adjoins a spacious lounge which leads out through double doors to the private terrace/pool/gardens sun loungers outside dinning bbq .shower private off street parking for those with a car. This is a beautiful villa for both families and couples in a quite location yet only ten minute walk (2 min taxi ride) to Kalkan town restaurant and charming shops and a beautiful harbour which is now a small marina.kalkan as a very good a/c bus service /taxi .(transfer can be arranged)

Villa Adden: Our air conditioned villa sleeps 6. the villa is equipped with hairdryer iron ironning board washing machine clothes dryers and a safe.we have are own off street parking for those that bring a car. The villa will be cleaned once a week our local manager will come to the villa most days for pool cleaning and garden maintenance. Any problems we will leave a phone in the villa for you to contact our local manager who is always there to help. The villa is close enough to walk into town where you will find the local bus station that can take you to most places around kalkan and further.

Holiday in the sun,in the relaxing town of Kalkan.

It was our second time staying at Villa Adden, and was just as enjoyable as the first visit.The villa has spectacular views looking down to the bay of Kalkan,was very clean and well maintained, equipped with everything that a family would need for a blissful holiday.The restaurants in Kalkan were superb ,eg.Salt and Pepper,Trio,Aubergine,Doy Doy,Kaya, and many more, you are spoilt for choice for good food.After dinner you can walk around the harbour and visit the shops, or unwind on the lovely sofas provided by the restaurants, overlooking the harbour.The places to visit which are a must are Patara Beach, Caputash Beach,Kas town,The Gorge at Salikent and Olu DeNeiz and Fetiye Market.Overall we cannot wait to return to Kalkan, the villa was in a perfect location, and we would recommend the villa to our family and friends anytime.

This was our first time to Turkey and Kalkan did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded our expectations. The villa itself is exactly how it's described - a very warm, homely and spacious place to relax with stunning views down into Kalkan. The sun is on the pool throughout the day so ideal for getting a tan in a quiet location and a great place to chill out for after dinner drinks in the evening.

Heather is extremely friendly and helpful, providing many tips on Kalkan itself so you knew exactly where to go for whatever you wanted to do. If you enjoy your food then you won't be disappointed just be ready to diet when you get back!

The villa is situated outside of the centre of Kalkan in the mountain which meant a 15 minute walk to the centre, however we would recommend a car/taxi for the return journey.

We would strongly recommend Villa Adden to anyone wanting to visit Kalkan.

We Arrived At Adden Villa On 30th June to the 8th July Had A Wonderful Time, Apartment Very Clean And Spacious, We Went To Many Place Such As patra Kass Loudenniz Kalkan Market They Were All Very Good Places To Visit Kass We Visited Day And Night And Had Brilliant Meals There,But If U Didnt Want To Travel Out Kalkan Is Walking Distance If You Dont Want To Drive Plenty Of Nice Resturants, Shops There We Went Most Nights. Food Is Excellent And People There Are Very Freindly To The English People. We Didnt Want To Come Home We Would Reccomend This To Everyone As Its A Very Good Place To Stay There Is A Maintence Man Who Comes Out Everyday To Check The Swimming Pool And If You Had Any Problems He Would Be Willing To Help You.
