This spacious apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an adjoining bedroom area which can sleep up to 2 more people. It is fully air conditioned with heating facility. Its superb location in the centre of Javea Port means that it is only a 200 metre flat walk to the sea. There is a lift and entryphone system for security. There is Cable TV, boasting many English channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channels 4 & 5, Sky Sports and Sky News. The Balcony has a beautiful view looking down to the sea, and is an ideal location for access to all of the local amenities. All bedrooms have ample storage space.

Javea 's Port where your apartment is situated, is a working fishing port where you can enjoy watching the local produce arrive by fishing boats, or simply glance at the yachts coming in at the Marina. The beautiful pebble beach of Javea Port is a haven for sunbathers, and is only 200 meters from your apartment. Take time to enjoy the array of shops and beautiful restaurants and bars whilst looking out onto the Mediterranean.You can make the 25 minute walk or catch the holiday tram or bus to the sandy Arenal beach, with its picturesque palmed bay, golden sand, bars and restaurants, and in the evenings, craft stalls. Located inland, 10 minutes by car, bus or taxi is the historic medieval Old Town with it's beautiful church in the centre. This holds a weekly market with numerous traditional Spanish stalls, and where you can buy wonderful locally grown fresh produce. Javea Port is the centre for all of your holiday needs.
