Villa La Vergne (extended and totally renovated in 2004) is situated on the hillside facing south with a beautiful view over the hills and the valley and on the village of Montauroux. The living area is on one floor (145 m2). Living Room with a large veranda and a fireplace, a fully equipped large kitchen which opens to a large terrace with sitting- and dining area and beautiful view. There are 4 double bedrooms (one with a private terrace), 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. In the garden (2200 m2) you can enjoy the fragrance and colours of olive trees, lavender, rosemary, thyme, etc. The pool (9 x 4.5) with alarm, has a terrace with sun and shade, a small fridge, a shower, etc. A villa designed for easy living and a great homebase for exploring the Provence and the Cote d'Azur.

The villa is located just 1 minute drive, or 10 minutes walk from the hill-top village Montauroux,which is situated in a region famous for its wine, olives and perfume. Yet the Mediterranean is less then 25 minutes away. Montauroux is one of five medieval villages, the others are Callian, Tourrettes, France and Seillans. We are 30 minutes from Cannes and 45 minutes from Nice airport. Only ten minutes drive is the beautiful Lac de St. Cassien and opposite the house, on the other side of the valley, you will find the new exclusive 36-holes golf course Terre Blanche. The area is a wonderful combination of beautiful countryside, charming villages, sport facilities and all the sophistication of Nice and Cannes.
