In this brand new house (completion date 1. July 2009) you will find all you need. 4 bedrooms with double beds - and additional movable single beds. 2 bathrooms - on with double shower and one with shower and bath tub. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and other electrical appliances you need. In the garden you will find a 8 x 5 m private pool and 8 sun beds, tables and chairs (for 10 people). From the house you have a magnificent sea view on the sea and the sunsets. The house is located on the top of a hill but still in walking distance to the beach and the smal city Cerbère.
