The apartment is 5 minutes from a sandy beach where you can find restaurants, water sports or quiet areas to relax. Mazotos Traditional Village complex consists of 14 apartments finished to an exceptional standard using natural stone and wood to compliment a traditional Cypriot design. Situated on a hillside terrace the apartment is accessed through a series of pathways that wind through landscaped gardens and a large communal swimming pool. The apartment is fully furnished with both lounge and master bedroom balconies over looking a protected olive grove and sea view. This well managed property comes with all modern amenities and appliances include a brand new washer/dryer, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, DVD player and TV.

Follow clearly marked road signs to Kiti and Mazatos village directly from Larnaca airport. The apartment is new with clean, modern furniture and facilities with a lovely balcony overlooking a fantastic view of a corn field, olive groves, sea and swimming pool. It's so easy and quick to get to from Larnaca airport and easy access to Limmasol, Larnaca and Nicosia. The apartment is very near to an amazing coast and beach which is very unspoilt. Highly recommend!!

My husband and another couple stayed here in August for 2 weeks. Booking was easy and the owners were very friendly. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern and has everything you need. Better than a hotel as you have your own privacy and flexibility and a lovely pool to relax by. Beach is close by and some quaint restaurants to enjoy too.

A great experience and we'll be heading back next year!
