The Cottage and the Mill are 2 adjoining properties, they are totally seperate with private entrances, but they can be let together for those needing more space 2 Bedroom Cottage with one double bedroom and one twin, bathroom with shower over bath, Open plan lounge, dining room and new fitted kitchen. washing machine, fridge, full cooker, microwave and television. The Mill is one very large open plan room with a beamed vaulted ceiling; it has a kitchen area, a small dining table and a separate shower room and toilet. It sleeps 2 in a King size bed but it has a sofa bed that can be converted to another double bed. The beds are all together in the same room.

Seven minutes by car from Rock and the ferry over to Padstow, eight minutes from the famous surfing beach at Polzeath. Seven minutes away is the safe swiming and paddling beach of Daymer bay perfect for toddlers. The fishing village of Port Isaac, used in many films and the recent tv series Doc Martin starring Martin Clunes. (Port When) is only twenty minutes away. Under an hour away you have the Eden project, Boscastle, Tintagel, Newquay and it's airport , plus the beautifull fishing villages of Looe, Mevagissy, and Fowey on the south coast. For all your shopping requirements Wadebridge is only a short drive away, and from there you can also access the Camel Cycle Trail. There are several companies where bikes can be hired. There are 2 local Golf courses, Roserrow and the links course at St Enodoc. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area serving delicious food, from simple pub grub to fine dining at Rick Steins Fish restaurant in Padstow. We're happy to help.
