Villa 'Carina' is an attractive detached house with pool and well-kept garden. From the house a very nice panoramic view on the surrounding hills can be enjoyed. The villa is situated in a quiet position and ideal for those families with children who are looking for peace and quiet. It is on 1 floor and consists of: living/dining room with cooking area and fireplace, large covered veranda equipped with garden table and benches ideal for enjoying outdoor meals, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath. The villa is comfortable and pleasantly furnished. At about 1 km away (within walking distance) there's a grocery shop and a bar/restaurant. The centre of Camaiore is about 2,5 km away and offers shops, bars, ice cream parlours, pizzerie,good restaurants, an indoor SW pool and tennis courts.
