This beautiful townhouse is superbly located just off the Arenal sandy beach area. Set within a small gated community, the ground floor has an American style kitchen with serving hatch through to the dining area. The large lounge/dinner leads to the independent patio with BBQ for outside dining which overlooks the large communal pool & lawn area with palm trees. You have your own private access to the gardens/pool or you can stay within the comfort of your own patio. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms & two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite & small balcony overlooking the pool. The other bedroom has twin beds & its own private bathroom. A further flight of stairs leads to the master bedroom with its own private balcony & stunning modern shower/wet room. Only a few minutes walk away from to the beach area with all its bars, shops and restaurants. In addition the urbanization has its own tennis courts which are free for use by guests
