Went Lane is a lovely detached 2 bedroom bungalow nestling in the pretty village of East Dean. accommodating 4 people in one twin, and one double bedroom. The living room is spacious and has a colour TV Through an archway leading into the comfortable dining room which is located next to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen providing double oven with electric hob, washing machine, dish washer and microwave. There is a conservatory which is situated down a few steps from the dining room, from the Conservatory there are French doors leading out to the enclosed rear garden with a decking area for those alfresco evenings and a summer house providing extra seating. The twin bedroom is located at the rear of the property and the master double bedroom has fitted wardrobe cupboards. The luxury bathroom has a full size bath and shower cubicle, hand wash basin, and heated towel rail. There is a separate toilet with hand wash basin and heated towel rail.

Down Land is a modern two bedroom detached bungalow situated in a cul-de-sac of 3 properties. Nestling in the hills of East Dean it offers easy access to some lovely rural downland paths and also is within walking distance of village shops, a restaurant and local pub serving great food. There is a farmers market on wednesday. East Dean is located approximately 5 miles from Eastbourne and 20 miles from Brighton. Seaford and Newhaven are close by. Down Land is surrounded by gardens and there is a large driveway with parking for 3 cars. It has the attraction of a south west facing garden with decking area for those alfresco evenings, a summer house and also the added advantage of conservatory with comfortable seating. From the front and rear gardens there are lovely views of the surrounding downland and distant views of the sea at Birling Gap. The spacious living room has colour TV (with 20 cable channels), DVD player, Video player and FM radio/CD player.
