Down Land is a modern two bedroom detached bungalow situated in a cul-de-sac of 3 properties. Nestling in the hills of East Dean it offers easy access to some lovely rural downland paths and also is within walking distance of village shops, a restaurant and local pub serving great food. There is a farmers market on wednesday. East Dean is located approximately 5 miles from Eastbourne and 20 miles from Brighton. Seaford and Newhaven are close by.
