'Oceanswell' A bungalow built around railway carriage right on the beach with glorious sea views. Front and rear garden. Private parking, garage. Quirky accommodation. The main bedroom is reached via the second bedroom. There is a small box room suitable for a child or a height challenged person. (There is headroom but not long enough for a full length bed.) Living room, kitchen/diner. Shower room (no bath). Ideal for a couple or a couple with children or just good friends. Crockery and utensils are provided but please bring your own towels. Pagham beach is a mecca for windsurfing kite surfing and sailing. A great place for relaxing and exploring the area. The nearby South Downs is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bring your mountain bike and ride the trails. The cathedral city of Chichester is 7 miles away. Good base for Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, Goodwood races and even Goodwood Golf Club. Dive amogst the sunken Mulberry Harbour

Pagham is a small, sea front town boasting a nature reserve located close to Pagham Lagoon. It features interesting wildlife to attract both the amateur and serious birdwatcher. The beach itself is pebbly for the most part, and is enjoyed by windsurfers and other watersports enthusiasts as well as families. It has the advantaged of shallow waters for some distances making it ideal for the younger visitors. Pagham Harbour Local Nature Reserve is an internationally important site for nature conservation, featuring plant and animal habitats of global rarity. The Reserve covers 1500 acres, about half of which is saltmarsh and mudflats, while the rest comprises farmland, copses, lagoons, reedbeds and shingle beaches. Local attractions include birdwatching and pastel painting workshops, a bug hunt, the ever popular Marine Madness and Beach Beasties events, art exhibitions, walks and lots more. Oceanswell - A swell experience

My family and I has a great time at Oceanswell. As we where told, you walk to the end of the garden and then your are on the beach, 25 yards from the sea - brilliant.

We walk a lot as a family and so one day we walked to Bognor Regis along the beach, another day round the harbour to Sidlesham

Also Days out to Chichester, Selsey & Singleton.

All in all I would have to say that we enjoyed our selves, and will certainly think about revisiting in the future

A lovely bungalow with the sea on your doorstep

We had a great holiday in this charming bungalow. Everything was as described in the advert. Everything inside was decorated with taste and lovely colours, and the rooms with railway carriage features were particularly nice. It was also spacious enough for a family of five.
The owner was very welcoming as we had some milk, tea, coffee and delicious cookies waiting for us on the day of our arrival. It was great to have the beach at the end of the garden and Pagham harbour, which is not far away, was beautiful. I will recommend this place to friends and family, as all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Swell.

very unique property

We recently stayed at the property whilst working at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The layout is extremely unusual and the bedrooms really are like railway carriages.
The beds were comfortable and the bathroom large and airy.
We thorughly enjoyed our stay and walking on the beach in the evenings was wonderful and literally outside the back garden.
Sabina was lovely and left us some delicious cookies to welcome us and thoughtfully left milk, tea bags and coffee for our arrival.
The local takeaways had a variety of food and there was a postbox really near so postcards could easily be posted.
Sabina was extremely flexible and let us stay for the weekend only at a per night rate which many other properties we looked at did not allow.
We would recommend this property as 5 of us comfortably stayed here and didnt feel cramped.
