Das Haus ist ok. Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Sehr geräumig und bietet locker für 10 Personen Platz.
Heizung war für einen Tag defekt. Vermieter konnte aber sofort Abhilfe schaffen und das am Wochenende !!
In der Nähe alles was man braucht. Echt schöne Ecke da unten.Können es ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

1 Woche schönen Urlaub, aber mit deutl. Abstrichen: Haus , Wohnraum u. draußen war alles schmuddelig, etliches reperaturbedürftig (was wir auch erledigt haben). Vermieter war ansprechbar u. half auch, hatte aber andere Vorstellung von sauber, gepflegt oder auch annehmbar. Insgesamt -u. schon gar bei diesem niedrigen Qualitätsniveau- war das Haus viel (wirklich viel) zu teuer.

Hallo,
im Juli 2009 haben wir ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Starnberg/ Hanfeld verbracht. Von dem Ferienhaus waren wir total begeistert, vor allem die Terrasse mit dem Grillplatz und der kleine Garten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Von der ersten Sekunde an zu Hause

EIn tolles Konzept der bewohnten, belebten Ferienwohnung, die alles andere als steril und möbelhausgeeicht zum Leben einlädt.
Die FeWo ist individuell alternativ eingerichtet und man zeigt Erinnerungsfotos gerne herum.
Man wird empfangen von sehr angenehmen Gastgebern, die den Wünschen ihrer Gäste nachgehen und - mehr noch - zugewandt und hilfreich über das eigentliche Wohnen hinaus zur Seite stehen.
Auch unsere ungewöhnliche Anreisezeit in den frühen Morgenstunden - mit Hund! - war kein Problem ...
Die Nähe zu Starnberg und München sagt ihr übriges bei Wohnen im absoluten Grünen.
Wir danken für die tolle Zeit und empfehlen allen Interessenten diese FeWo ohne Abstriche!
