The house has been superbly refurbished and equipped to a very high standard, you will marvel at the scale of the accommodation arranged over 3 floors. Perfect for a family holiday or reunion with friends. As you enter St Audrys House you will find a large comfortable drawing room, an elegant dining room, a play room for the children, and a huge open-plan kitchen with breakfast area + second dining table and chairs. Leading off the breakfast area is a spacious family room with sofa bed (making a +2), SKY TV + DVD/Video player and further comfy seating. As you ascend the staircase to the first floor there is a charming window seat, the perfect spot for reading or relaxing as the sun pours in. The property is on the edge of St Audrys private golf course with golf course views from 4 of the bedrooms. Woodbridge is a market town of considerable character on the west bank of the River Deben.
