Located on the hills at 3 km from the sea, the sight is fairy-like from the “Cap Ferrat” to gulf of St Tropez, like the “Baie des Anges” and Nice. A heated double swimming pool, made up of a first, 50 depth cm basin which flows into the large swimming pool in the shape of a bean. It is equipped with wiring for sound and lighting.Near the villa a private tennis court is at the disposal of the tenants.On the ground floor, common parts with entry, living room with fireplace incorporated in the wall, large plasma screen TV Sony with all satellite free work channels, DVD, HIFI Bose. Dining room with equipped kitchen with cooker gas piano and ovens . 4 bedrooms with their bathrooms for each. Two staircases lead to the 2 higher bedrooms with 2 beds with remote control, and air conditioning. There is a independant studio (in extra) with 2 single beds and a equipped kitchen.
