  Normal use off electricity, air-conditioning, water, towels, linen, high speed broadband wireless Internet, desktop pc with printer, free statewide (!) phone calls, use of gas Barbecue/Grill.
  
  
  Our 51' HDTV offers you free use of digital cable with around 150 tv channels and 50 music channels. The system also provides HBO and pay per view. This way you can watch the latest movies with a push of the button. Prices vary from 1 to 10 dollars per movie. The use of pay per view is deducted from your security deposit, which in that case will not be returned within the normal two weeks but refunded after four weeks.
  Minimal stay is 5 nights. Monthly rentals (minimum of 4 weeks/ 28 days) are possible
  Pool Heating is recommended between October and April and is available for $ 140 or 100 euro a week or $ 20 or 15 euro a day if stay is shorter than 7 days.
• Booking Deposit (at time of booking) is 30% of total rental price. Credit Card payments are accepted by Pay Pall!
  Security Deposit (payable at time balance is due - 6 weeks prior arrival) $ 300 or 250 euro. The balance of your payment along with the security deposit is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.The security deposit is a standard charge and will be refundable if no damage has arisen during stay.
  There is a strict no smoking and no pets policy in the villa. If holiday dates required span more than one price zone, enquiry owner for details. Daily rental rate is 1/7 of weekly rate for each day for holiday less than 7 nights.
  •The deposit of 30% of the rental cost will secure your reservation, which can be paid by Paypal (credit card at no charge). The balance becomes due 6 weeks before your arrival, or immediately if your arrival is within 6 weeks of booking. A security deposit of €250/$300 is required with your final payment.
• This will normally be returned to you in full within two weeks of your departure.
  
  We try to make this as easy as possible for you. We accept payment in either € euro or $ US. (€ payments will be converted to $US in case of payment in $ US) Your balance payment may be made by cashier cheque (mailed to the US); Paypal with credit card (4% service charge for these option) or Internet Banking in euro or dollar.
