Set in the exclusive Kings Park area of Stirling this exceptional self catering property sits opposite the main Kings Park gates. There is a solid pine floor of the highest quality throughout the whole apartment. The accommodation comprises of one large open plan living room with French doors leading out to a patio area. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available for use. Off the living room is a modern kitchen which is equipped to the highest standard with all necessary appliances and utilities, such as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. The 2 bedrooms have en-suite facilities and flat screen LCD televisions. Both bedrooms have king sized beds (which can be split into two single beds in each room if required) and ample storage space. A foldaway bed is available if required. A cot and highchair are also available. There is gas central heating and wireless broadband connection available throughout the property.

Stirling is at the heart of Scotland and is located within an hours drive of Glasgow and Edinburgh International airports. Set in the exclusive Kings Park area of Stirling the property is a 5 minute walk away from the town centre which offers a wide range of high street stores and many traditional and modern cafes, restaurants and pubs to suit all. There are many historical tourist attractions, Stirling Castle, Wallace Monument and Bannockburn Heritage Centre. There are many golf courses in and around Stirling, the closest being Stirling Golf Club which is opposite the property. Slightly further afield are the world famous Gleneagles and St Andrews Old Course. The park opposite the property has a popular children's playpark, a putting green, tennis courts and a skatepark. Mountain bikes are available for use and there are great places for hillwalking. There are also small villages around Stirling which are lovely for a visit such as Bridge of Allan and Dunblane

The description if anything didn't do the apartment justice. It's fanastically laid out, large, easily fit 5 adults and 2 small children with space to play, large LCD TV's in the living room AND both bedrooms. Fanatic terrace garden and literally 5 minutes walk from the center of Stirling. Exceptionally well maintained, clean, really good customer service (something of a rarity today!) and very fast responses to queries even before commiting to a booking.

Would highly recommend to others and will be using again ourselves in the future.

We stayed for a few nights in August 2009. The apartment is newly refurbished, beautifully appointed and luxurious, very 'Luxury Boutique Hotel' Style. it is exactly as the photographs show it to be. Everything you would need or want for a break in the lowlands.
The owner was very helpful with directions to local attractions etc.
I would recommend you to friends and colleagues, and will return again.
Not suitable for disabled guests.

The ultimate in luxury and comfort

Love the place. Centrally placed for exploring lowland Scotland. Massive bedrooms each with their own LCD wallmounted tv's and wonderful bathrooms. Nice private outside sitting area. Very highly recommended. 10/10.
