Luxury villa situated in a most tranquil location in the hills just outside of Loule. It has magnificent views of the coastline and countryside. Set in a plot of 2 acres with landscaped walled gardens with an abundance of fruit, olive, carrob and palm trees. The plot has the benefit of a purpose built sports area with football / basketball nets and a large separate 'Boules' area. The private salt water pool is 5x10m with plenty of terrace areas for sun loungers. It has a fabulous balcony area with two dining tables which offers shade whilst taking in the breathtaking panoramic views. Private entrance with electronic gates lead to ample parking. The spacious villa has 6 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms, a family bathroom and 2 cloakrooms. Main living area has flat screen TV with satellite connection and DVD. Second living room area has a TV / video player, air hockey machine and dart board, with patio doors leading out to the garden and pool. Well equipped large kitchen/dining area.

The property is located on a south facing wooded hillside with outstanding panoramic views of the coast and surrounding hills. This highly regarded location offers tranquillity with a secluded salt water pool. Only 5mins drive to Loule, a historic market town which has an abundance of local restaurants, traditional shops selling local handicrafts, and a fantastic market with fresh fish and local produce. This part of the Algarve offers some of the finest beaches within 20mins by car. Some of the best golf courses in Europe, including Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, and Vale do Lobo are also less than 20mins by car. Amenities for children such as Zoo Marine and water parks are within easy reach, the nearest being Aquashow in Quarteira, less than 15mins drive. Faro airport is 25mins.

Notes: The villa has a fabulous salt water pool system providing a more natural swim than the conventional chlorinated pools. There is a fenced-in, hard standing sports area (tennis court size) offering soccer and basket ball facilities. In addition, a large purpose built 'Boules' area with seating designed amongst the Carrob trees for shade. On the lower ground floor there is a second living room with a large open plan 2nd kitchen/dining area. Maid service twice weekly. Separate utility room with wash basin, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Relaxing villa with gorgeous views

From the moment we made contact with the friendly owners the arrangements went very smoothly. Prior to our departure they helped us with car hire and information on the area.
Kevin and Sarah met us at the villa and showed us around and provided us with a wonderful welcome pack which as we arrived in the evening was really appreciated. The villa was located in a beautiful area with 180 degree views. It was very clean and beautifully presented and furnished in a modern and contemporary way but at the same time welcoming. The pool was glorious, exceptionally clean and this was maintained throughout our vist. There was nothing nicer than sitting by the pool or on the terrace with a ice cold beer or glass of wine and enjoying the surroundings and the magnificent view.

Loule is a lovely town - there is a fantastic supermarket within a few minutes drive which provided everything you could ask for when you had your long lazy lunches on the terrace. Loule has lots to offer with a market on the weekend, we went to the square by the fountain quite a few evenings for coffees and beers and fresh orange juice and felt very welcomed by the end of our time there. This seems to be where the locals meet at night and it feels very safe and friendly. Local restaurants had amazing food of excellent quality at an exceptional price catering for most tastes. Kevin and Sarah left us a comprehensive list of places to eat with a very helpful map although my map reading is terrible! You do need a car though for this holiday.

In the villa there is everything you could ask for; dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is plenty for teenagers; air football and boules and a fantastic area if you want to play football or tennis, but we never really got away from the pool!

The villa is a short drive from Loule (8 minutes or so) and about twenty minutes from the coast. Realistically if you are after an amazing and relaxing holiday the villa is perfect. If you wish to make the effort to drive to Faro and all the other nearby places it doesn't take long. The airport is a maximum of 20 to 25 minutes and the drive is very easy. Sarah gave us excellent directions. For the shopper there are several very good shopping centres within easy drive with Zara, Mango, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti and the usual MacDonalds, Burgers ing for the teenagers if they are desperate.We all had a fantastic time and came home very relaxed and brown and can't wait to go back.
