With a floor area of 28 meter square; lounge has French doors which open and overlook the apple orchard opposite. There is a fire place, 3 seater 2 seater and 3 ottomans sitting for up to 8 people.
The lounge comprises 37 inch LCD wide screen TV with remote, stereo surround system, DVD player.The upstairs lounge area has 37 inch lcd tv with playstation 3 and a wide selection of movies and books.
The pool room has pool table and dart board, it also houses washing machine and tumble dryer.
.A separate set of crockery and cutlery has been supplied for the barbeque area to ensure ease of use.
Mid week cleaning can be provided at extra cost. Beach towels can be provided at a cost of 3euros each or £3 each. Mid Saturday cleaning is done at no extra cost if you book for 2 weeks. Pool heating can be supplied at an additional charge.
High chair and/or cot can be supplied on request free of charge.
