Mojacar Playa holiday apartment: Mojacar

The apartment is new, the sale just completed in May, 2009. It is lovely and is centrally located, being five minutes stroll to the beach. There is a great sea view from the terrace. There are three adult swimming pools, three children’s pools and a flood lit tennis court in the apartment complex. It is very convenient to shops, restaurants, bars, bus stops, etc. There is a beautiful amenity walk along the beach a five minute stroll from the apartment. It has a state of the art granite kitchen with modern, efficient appliances. These include a ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge freezer, a washing machine and a microwave. There is a colour TV, a DVD player, a stereo music system etc. There are two large bedrooms, one is a double and the second is a twin. There are two terraces, one large one from the living area and a smaller one from a bedroom. It is an ideal location if you don't wish to rent a car although car parking is plentiful in the complex.
