These luxurious apartments are superbly presented and are located in the most prestigious area of the Costa del Sol - The Golf Valley. Relax by the large pool with beautifully manicured gardens - there are ample sunbeds, parasols and a changing area with toilets. Walk down to the Golf Academy situated at the entrance to Lomas de La Quinta and hit a few practice shots or simply enjoy a drink and a snack on the cafe terrace. The apartments are totally a 'home-from-home' with all the facilities expected in modern day living. The kitchen s are fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, cermaic hob, microwave, 'fridge/freezer and a separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer.

This is a 2 bedroom, ground floor luxury apartment in a quiet urbanization of just 56 homes, spread out in superbly landscaped gardens. The accommodation is spacious with a large south facing terrace and a smaller, mountain view terrace for the private use of bedroom 2. All rooms are air-conditioned / heated with warm air and both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The bathrooms both have marble floors and double vanity units. The master bathroom has a hydro-massage bath with shower over. All the floors in the apartment are of marble. The views from the south facing terrace look out to sea and over the La Quinta golf course.

Notes: There is plenty of car parking directly outside the apartment and there is a sloping path leading to the entrance door of the apartment with just two low steps to manage. Golfing activities: There are numerous golf courses in the area but the La Quinta courses are directly on your doorstep. There is a golf school at the entrance to the Lomas de la Quinta apartments with driving range and a snack bar. You can walk to this facility within seconds. The La Quinta club house has a marvelous cafe and restaurant, gym, spa, pool and padel tennis. Next to the club house is the fabulous Westin Hotel with its many facilities and restaurants.
