This apartment covers an area of 60 m2, all of which has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The apartment is situated on the first floor and consists of an open plan kitchen-living-dining area. The contemporary bathroom has a bath with shower over. There’s an additional 26 m2 of space on the veranda. Where you can relax using the lounge chairs and table whilst soaking up the sea view. Enough space to unwind and dine alfresco, on a balmy evening. There’s a covered private car parking space if you hire a vehicle during your stay. The resort is called ‘Armonia’ and built on elevated ground, consisting of four units surrounding well maintained, landscaped gardens. It has a lagoon style pool, with a smaller children’s pool. Exercise in the gym and relax in the sauna after an active day in the Mediterranean or Troodos Mountains. Lounge under the sweltering sun at the pool bar (open during peak season) whilst the children have fun in the play area.

The resort is situated in the Kapparis area of Protaras, with nearby amenities including supermarkets, tavernas, pubs, restaurants and banks. Fireman's Bay is 5 minutes drive away or a 25 minute walk, one of the finest and most secluded coves in the area. Enjoy the up and coming area of Kapparis. There’s a selection of fantastic tavernas, wonderful pubs and now stylish restaurants and lounge bars, all at affordable prices. If you prefer a quiet, relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of over commercialised resorts, but close enough to the nightlife nearby when you want it, then Kapparis is for you. Kapparis is an all-year resort, unlike most of the other resorts and is a hive of activity even in the low season.

Additional information about rental rates

  • These prices incorporate a 10% saving.

    There's also another long stay discount of 5% off, if you book 2 weeks or more throughout the year.

    And, there's a last minute discount of 10%, if booking start date is less than 2 weeks away.
  • A non refundable 25% deposit is required to book the apartment. The balance is required eight weeks prior to holiday.

    The £200 security deposit is collected when the balance of the booking is due and is refunded to your debit / credit card 7 days after vacating the property satisfactorily.
  • A complimentary welcome pack is provided, which includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, bread, butter, jam and biscuits. If you require anything extra, this can be done for a small fee.

    The meet and greet is also complimentary, where my letting agents will show you around the apartment and how to operate the appliances.

    Linen and towels are provided as standard. A mid visit linen/ towels change is carried out for a small fee.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in July 09. It is on a brand new complex with pretty gardens,good size pool and a kids play area.The apartment is clean,bright and spacious, with a great balcony.
You would need a car in the summer as it's a good 10 - 15 minute walk to shops, beaches,restaurants etc
We had a relaxing holiday and would certainly recommend this apartment to family and friends.
