Spacious villa situated in a quiet urbanisation within walking distance to beach. Set in own grounds, not far from the beaches of Canavial & Porto de Mós with private swimming pool surrounded by landscaped garden and beautifully kept lawn. Entering through main entrance door into main entrance hall, the well equipped kitchen leads off to one side and in the opposite direction the dining room and separate lounge, both with quality furnishings and patio doors leading out to the terrace. Towards the other side of the hall there is a separate cloakroom and the bedrooms. These consist of 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, one of the twin bedrooms having its own en-suite bathroom. There is a separate bathroom which serves the other 2 bedrooms. Steps lead up to the 1st floor to the master bedroom which is spacious, has a dressing room, en-suite bathroom and private patio with fantastic seaviews.

The town of Lagos is the 3rd largest town in the Algarve. The old part with its cobbled streets and flower decked square have been beautifully restored. The town has 2 large markets selling fresh fish, meat and vegetables. Every Saturday there is an outdoor market where the local farmers bring their own freshly picked produce to sell, very interesting to visit. There are a good selection of boutiques, gift shops and many restaurants with local and international cuisine. Street entertainers add to the evening atmosphere providing enjoyment for both children and adults. Along the coastline close to the town there are beautiful sandy beaches. Boat trips can be arranged to see the grottos with their magnificent rock formations, or to see the dolphins, a common sight in this part of the world. There are water parks within a 30 min drive with all sorts of entertainment for the kiddies & for the sport enthusiast some wonderful golf courses.
