The charming and bright apartment has an effective surface of approx. 70 m². It is situated in a house with 4 apartments, in a very friendly and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment has a large covered terrace (6 x 3 m), with barbecue. You have a good view over the Maronen woods and over the medieval bridge over the river Malacqua. In spite of its closeness to the world wide known Cinque Terre and of the lively ado, you can still enjoy a lot of silence and freshness here, on the green, quiet hill, near the medieval locality Carrodano.

Carrodano is a medieval locality, in a hilly region, upwards from the world wide known Cinque Terre. Even in the middle of the summer, this place is very quiet and fresh. The contemplative place is an ideal starting point for trips to the neighbouring coast, to the numerous historical places of interest of the region, and of course for hiking. In just a few minutes, you can reach the towns in the higher Vara valley (Varese Ligure is the first locality with an EU certificate for quality of life). Vara valley, also called the ‘bio valley’ offers cheese, meat, yogurt, and chestnuts dishes in the numerous restaurants in the region. In 15 minutes you can reach Levanto on the Riviera and from there, the villages of Cinque Terre, protected by UNESCO, as well as the National Park and the Sea Park.

The rental rates are for 2 people. Each further person will have to pay a daily additional rate: November, 4th 2006 – March, 25th 2007: 5 Euros, Marc, 26th 2007 – June, 3rd 2007: 6 Euros, June, 4th 2007 – September, 23rd 2007: 7 Euros, September, 24th 2007 – November, 4th 2007: 6 Euros. Until a maximal price of 420, 476 and 550 euro/week. The rental rate includes warm water, electricity and final cleaning. Linen and towels are not included in the price, they can be ordered additionally. In the winter, we charge 30 Euros a week for the heating.
