In Cagliari, we are renting out a 2 bedroom house, 100 metres from the Stunning Poetto Beach, 10 minutes away from the Town Centre and very close to lots of other interesting sites, like mountains, archaelogic sites and other wonderful beaches too. The house is surrounded by a Natural Park fulfilled with flamingoes on one side and the sea with a beautiful sandy beach on the other. Nearby you have the Town Centre and all the facilities. If you love nature, Mediterranean flora, archaeology, hills, tranquillity, breathtaking views, the sea, the beach, then you got them all just few minutes away from the house. In the evening, the Poetto beach offers plenty of fun with characteristic bars and restaurants on the beach where you can enjoy a couple of drinks, listen to live singing, dance, eat delicious local food and meet the local people. In Sardinia the weather has always been very good, in fact you easily find yourself at the beach from April untill late October. Winter is very mild too.

Poetto Beach is the main beach in Town and it is positioned right in front of Poetto part of Town where only villas have been built in the entire area. The beach itself has very thin and light colour send and the water is from clear and transparent to light blue colour. From been very close to the town centre, in the area you find lots of bars, restaurants, chemist, supermarket, fun fair and a massive natural park where flamingoes and other birds have found the perfect habitat. If you are considering hiring a car, you benefit from private car park inside and you have the opportunity to get in no time to lots of other beautiful beaches around the coast. However if you got no car, the bus stop is located almost at 50 metres from the house and with very frequent bus service wont take you more then 10 minutes to get to the Town centre where you find plenty of souvenir's shops, food shops and lots of designer clothes and accessorizes shops. Museoums & Bothanic Garden to be seen too.

    Cancellation less than 7days before arrival the guest will incur on the loss of 80% of the total amount.
  • FINAL CLEAN £ 50 TO BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL TO PAY FOR THE RENTAL AND WILL BE REFOUNDED TO YOU ON YOUR DEPARTURE DAY. ( ELECTRICITY, WATER, LINEN AND TOWELS ALL INCLUDED )

    Please note that all the breakage or damage due to inaccurate attention of the guest during the time spent at the villa will have to be paid.

In the bathroom you find a door/window facing another separate space containing the washing machine, clothes horse and another washing basin. An outdoor shower is also placed right in the middle of the stunning garden for you to use on your return from the beach.

The house has also a barbeque and a fireplace. For your comodity you also find handy other stuff like a boiling kettle, oven, micowave, iron board and electric iron, head drier. Towels and linens provided to at no extra cost. Electricity and water use all inclusive too.
