Recently refurbished to a high standard one double bedroom small single with bunk beds. Luxury shower with underfloor heating, new kitchen well equipped, washing machine, cooker, microwave etc. Open plan sitting area with sofa and easy chairs TV and DVD player, radio. Small terrace with BBQ area enclosed so suitable for children and by arrangement one small dog. Night storage heater for those chilly nights. Pay as you go meter for electricity. Storage shed for surf boards and bikes, off street parking. All linen provided except towels.

Situated in the quieter area of this village within easy waling distance of the magnificent sandy beach rapidly gaining popularity with keen surfers. Close to Northam Burrows which forms part of UN Biosphere Reserve. All manner of water sports are possible here and there is a renowned Surf school providing lessons for both beginners and the more experienced. Northam which is a small town close by has an excellent indoor swimming pool and outdoor activity centre at Skern Lodge. The nearest larger town (about three miles ) is Bideford with many fine amenities. Barnstaple is about five miles, both of these old market towns have excellent shopping and dining venues. With a wealth of historic sites this area of North Devon really does offer something for everyone.
