Located only 2 to 3 minutes stroll from the heart of St Gervais, 4 bedroom, duplex apartment is spread over 115 square metres. Upon entering the apartment you step into the large open plan living area with lounge, dining room and kitchen all in one. The French doors open out onto the first of two large balconies with views across the town and the mountains. This floor is also home to the family bathroom which has a separate shower, the separate laundry room, with washing machine and dryer, and 3 of the bedrooms; one double bedroom and two twins. On top floor is a second living room, beautifully furnished with some very original pieces, TV and DVD. Off from this room is the master bedroom, again with superb views, and its full en suite wet room. Upon leaving the apartment you are literally a few minutes stroll from the heart of St Gervais with its many bars and restaurants.

Saint Gervais is a beautiful Savoyard village with a friendly atmosphere. The village is steeped in history and the lovely baroque church is the central point of the village. There is a good range of shops, supermarkets, bars, art galleries and restaurants and every week there is a market, when the village's main square becomes a hive of activity. St Gervais has a huge number of activities on offer. It is popular with walkers and cyclists and in the winter Saint Gervais has a large ski area (over 400 km) which links to nearby Megeve. The Evasion Mt Blanc ski pass will give you access to St Gervais, St Nicholas de Veroce, Les Contamines, Megeve, Combloux and La Glettaz. Parapenting, water sports and golf (the nearest course is Megeve) are all easily available nearby. For those who would like to relax St Gervais' famous thermal park offers therapies and massage. The village also has an open air swimming (open June-Sept), an ice rink, tennis courts and mini golf (summer only).
