This very spacious 2 bedroom Apartment sleeps 4/5 people and is very well situated close to Sabillinas/Estapona and the lively Port of Duquessa The property overlooks a beautiful swimming pool, beach and views of the Moroccan Coast beyond. There are well kept gardens with steps leading down to a secluded beach. The Lounge is approx 10 metres with a luxury corner seating unit, Marble table and six chairs. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds. There is also a settee bed in the lounge area. The property has a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom/shower. There is a sun terrace with garden beyond comprising of table and 4 chairs 2 of which are sunloungers.

The property is situated on the beach within easy walking distance to Beach Bars and a small supermarket (garage Shop). Just a short walk of 20 minutes along the beach is the Town of Sabillinas with shops local bars and restaurants along a beautiful promenade. There is ample childrens parks and play areas. There is a Friday Market along the Promenade where local produce can be bought besides many clothes and other stalls of interest. Just a short walk along the beach is a Salt Castle which is a Historic place of interest and is the local Tourist Office. Within easy distance by car (going South about 20 miutes) Gibralter and ferrys to Tangiers. 10 minutes along the Coast Road is the famous Port of Duquessa - a stunning Port with lots of lively Bars Clubs and Restaurants. Also Estapona is about 10 minutes away a very typical Spanish Town with stunning beaches and a typical Orange Square.
