This air conditioned studio apartment is fully furnished to a high standard, with a modern, spacious and contemporary open-plan living area. The apartment has a Sofa bed which comfortably sleeps two. The outside veranda has patio furniture to enjoy that glass of wine and peaceful view over the fields and mountains of Pyla. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. Dining table large enough for four and a 19' TV with ability to connect to PC, Laptop, DVD, MPG etc

The local village of Pyla (2 minute walk from the resort) is a charming village just 3 kms from the nearest beaches and just a twenty five minute transfer from Larnaca Airport. Pyla is the only bi-communal village in the buffer zone between north and south, where Greek and Turkish Cypriots lived together long before the 1974 Turkish invasion, and have done so peacefully ever since. There is a Turkish coffee shop and Greek coffee shop on either side of the central square and the skyline is dominated by an imposing church and the nearby minaret of the village mosque. The village is traditional in look and feel with winding streets and traditional stone houses. It offers guests a good selection of amenities including cafe's, supermarket, restaurant and traditional taverna. Larnaca is only 10 minutes drive from Pyla with a beautiful marina and plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from.
