3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, our stunning 4 star courtyard apartment is only one minute from the world famous Princes Street with its spectacular castle, marvellous gardens and fabulous shops. Only thirty seconds from George Street which by day is 'retail heaven' and by night home to trendy bars and restaurants. Very central location for cinemas, theatres, art galleries & museums. Very close to bus, train & airport links. Two bedrooms, both en suite, can be super king or twin. Third bedroom situated next to family bathroom is twin. We also have two Z-beds, travel cot, high chair & toys available. Comfortable, attractive lounge with brown leather corner sofa, 42' wall mounted television, freeview + (CD & DVD) with surround sound. Dining table and chairs. Fabulous fully equipped kitchen including hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, washer dryer, microwave etc. Courtyard areas to front and rear of property, which also has patio table and chairs. Sorry! No smoking - No pets.

Waverly & Haymarket Rail Stations are a ten minute walk away. Most local & national buses stop thirty seconds away on George Street. There are museums, art galleries, theatres & cinemas all within easy walking distance.

A brilliant weekend in Edinburgh

We had a wonderful time during our visit to Edinburgh. The location of the apartment was excellent with many shops,bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Also the owners of the apartment were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
We plan to return and would thoroughly recommend it to others.
