It has 2 large double bedrooms, a double reception room, a modern kitchen/dining room with all modern amenities, a large bathroom with free standing bath and seperate shower, and another seperate toilet. It also has a fantastic mature 60foot South facing garden. Local attractions include the lovely restaurants/bars and shops on Upper street (which is a 1 minute walk), and Highbury fields, a wonderful park 5 minutes walk.
