Welcome to the SPB Cottage (St Pete Beach). Our home is well maintained and very clean non-smoking residence! It has been updated with a modern beach interior. You'll find a fully furnished and well equipped cottage with all the amenities you'll need. Relax outside in our large private garden on a beach lounger, at the large dining table or in the 6 person hot tub/spa. Step out front and with a short 4 minute walk be on the white sand beach. Additional amenities include washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD player, CD Player, PlayStation game console with games, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, gas BBQ grill, large outdoor fan, beach towels, all linens, all dishware and cooking ware.

Additional information about rental rates

  • DEPOSIT/TAX/CLEANING:
    A deposit of $300 USD is required in addition to the cost of accommodation. This deposit is initially to reserve the dates and will revert to a becoming security deposit once the full payment is received. Tax is not included in the price and is 12% (7% Tourism, 5% Sales Tax). The cleaning fee is not include and is $85.
  • MINIMUM STAY:
    During our high season (Winter) we require a 7 day stay. Otherwise we're willing to accept shorter stay depending on availability.
  • OTHER PLANS:
    - We offer grocery shopping, private chef, private masseuse and other packages, just ask.

    - We believe we have a high-quality product and do very much want your business. If you're able to find similar available accommodations at a lower price I'd be willing to look at them and provide a comparable quote.

Notes: - The back garden is enclosed on three sides and surrounded by large palm and other trees. - Location from the beach: The bottom of 73rd Ave meets the sea and there is a small outdoor restaurant and bar as well as pier for fishing. But to reach the nearest beach (St Petes) it is a few minutes walk. Leaving the house, you walk to the end of the street towards the sea turning left, and then first right, then left to arrive at the beach where there is a walkway and a small outdoor cafe etc. The beach is approx 4 mins walk for an adult. - Check in / out times: The Check-in time is 3:30pm on the day your booking commences and the Check-out time is 10am. - Dining Seating: The property has breakfast/dining bar that seats 4-people - Other Activities: 15 mins drive to Johns Pass- jet skis, dolphin watching, pirate & fishing cruises, shops etc

This house was a perfect escape from the work world! St Pete is sooo laid back! We could really get used to this life style! We brought the dog and a couple of miles down is one of the nicest dog parks with beach access. We all loved that. The bars and restaurants have great food, music and nice people. The beach bar sunsets were just a shot drive down the street and again, good food and nice people with a beautiful sunset on top.

Clean, modern, walk to everything!

We loved this place!

My family and I had never been to St. Pete Beach before and were surprised about how great the beach is. This house is literally across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and a short walk to an amazing beach that we enjoyed every day of our trip.

The house was perfect. It was cute, clean and had all the amenities we needed to be on the beach. My husband and I enjoyed being using the bar-b-que and dining table outside while the kids kept busy playing in the big backyard.

Not only is the location great because it’s on the Gulf it was also close to many local bars/restaurants, a grocery store and a quaint little shopping area. We didn’t even need the car. We found out later that there was an inexpensive shuttle we could have taken from the airport; we’ll probably do that the next time we come.

I would highly recommend this place. We had a great time and definitely want to come back next year.

We rented that house for 6 nights in April and had a really good time! It had EVERYTHING you need (never saw so many towels before!) and even Sunglasses were there !!!
It was clean and cozy and we enjoyed our stay so close to the beautiful beach!
Can absolutely recommend it !!!
