Property located on the hillside, surrounded by a landscaped garden with lots of bonsai trees and lovely ponds. High trees protect from hot summer and provide well-being and serenity. Only the songs of birds disturb your tranquility. View over valley. Well suited for families with young children, the property includes several separate accommodation: four rooms and two apartments. House built on the old wood and apparent soil clay. Very appreciated by families with young children. Ostal means 'house' 'in Occitan lenguage. The name is also close to the cardinal point 'east', where the house is located in the property. You can see the sunrise from the living room and bedroom. You also admire the sunset in the evening, installed on the terrace for dinner in summer. On the ground floor, accommodation includes a kitchenette and an office. The terrace paved with old tiles is shaded and surrounded by plants and flowers. You benefit from common facilities: swimming pool, large garden, outdoor games, library and board games.
