Property located on the hillside, surrounded by a landscaped garden with lots of bonsai trees and lovely ponds. High trees protect from hot summer and provide well-being and serenity. Only the songs of birds disturb your tranquility. View over valley. Well suited for families with young children, the property includes several separate accommodation: four rooms and two apartments. Soulan means South in Occcitan lenguage : the balcony and the living room is facing south. The cottage occupies a part independent of the main house. Eight beds are spread over two levels of lodging. The ground floor includes a large bedroom with a large entrance and a bathroom. The first floor is accessible by an exterior staircase and a large balcony overlooking the hill. A large entrance with bunk bed opens onto the living room with fitted kitchen. All equipment comfort. Satellite TV. Wi-Fi access. Private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. A climbing vine gives a pleasant shade on the balcony which houses an additional life. You benefit from common facilities: swimming pool, large garden, outdoor games, library and board games.
