We had the pleasure of a long weekend break in Peebles. Birchwood Townhouse is perfect. It is immaculate, excellently equipped and perfectly located in the lovely town of Peebles. A short walk from the house takes you into Peebles town where there are lovely little shops, cafes and restaurants. The walks along the banks of The Tweed were wonderful. Lovely days out for the family are within 20 minutes drive and we could recommend Traquair House, Kailize Gardens (and fishing where our 10 year old caught 2 rainbow trout in the fishing pond!). An hours drive takes you to The Museum of Flight or Elie beach. There is plenty to do or peace to relax in this lovely house and Carolyn the key holder was very welcoming. Thank you very much, we hope to visit again.
