Our Flat is a sunny penthouse, in a silent, marvellous and comfortable position from where you can easily go everywhere in Venice
Refined apartment to the last floor of 70mq, bright with sight to 360°, just restored and typically furnished with Venetian taste.
The kitchen, new and refined, besides the whole material, is furnished of wash-machine, stretch-machine, dishwasher, hair dryer and Forno/Microonde. It is inclusive to a living room as many to the height: Digital TV, Bookstore, Couch and two Armchairs. The two rooms ( one matrimonial and another with single-hit beds), all with digital Tv, conditioned air and heaters.
The prices are already inclusive of laundry and final cleanings!
How to reach the apartment::
A) - If you arrive by Train (Station Saint Lucy), you can catch a Vaporetto (boat) that leaves every 10 minutes in front of the station. You will go along the amazing Canal Grande (about 20 minute) and get off at Ca’ Rezzonico which near the Flat.
B) - If you will come by CAR to Square Rome (Station Saint Lucy) you will have to park your car at the town parking where you will have to pay a ticket of about € 24 every 24 hours. The parking is on the right side of the square.

C) - If you arrive by Plane (Marco Polo Airport to Tessera is at about 10 Km from the centre of Venice) you can either take a taxi or a Bus up to Piazzale Roma (then see Point A).
D) - If you don't have much luggage, you can WALK from the railway and bus station following the directions for Ponte ACCADEMIA it will be a 10 minute walk of about 1 Km among bridge and Campielli (little square) to arrive at Campo San Barnaba, Ca’ Rezzonico.
