The apartment is located on the second (top) floor accessible by stairs. The living area has been contemporarily furnished and possesses a high peaked ceiling with access to a large private terrace and a Juliet balcony offering uninterrupted views of Boka Kotorska (Bay of Kotor). The large L shaped lounge includes a pull out double bed and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted view of Boka Kotorska or the 42-inch LG LCD HD television (including LG HD DVD player and a selection of DVDs). Each bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the first bedroom opens up onto the private terrace, and the second bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and west along the seafront of Dobrota. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining facilities. One fully fitted bathroom including spacious shower, toilet, heating and washing machine. Each room is fitted with a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. A dedicated parking space is situated at the front of the building.

The apartment is located in Boka Heights, Dobrota, which is approximately 250 metres from the sea front of Boka Kotorska. Boka Kotorska is a listed UNESCO world heritage site with a rich culture and dotted in attractive coastal towns, most famous is the beautiful old Venetian city of Kotor and Perast, which are approximately 3km west and 10km northeast respectively from Dobrota. Dobrota is one of the most stunning and popular waterfront villages in Montenegro, with close proximity to numerous bars, restaurants, and water activities, such as sailing, fishing and swimming. Getting There: Tivat Airport is the ideal choice, but our guests can also fly into the international airports of 'Cilipi Airport' (Dubrovnik, Croatia - approximately 60km or 1.5 hours by car) and 'Podgorica Airport' (approximately 90km or 1.5 hours by car).

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

    A security deposit of €250 is payable on arrival along with local tourist taxes of €0.80 per adult p/n and €0.50 per child p/n (under 12 free).

    Requests for short stays during the peak period of June - August may be accepted upon request, subject to availability (min. stay is 3 nights).

    A 5% discount will be applied for any additional consecutive weeks booked under the same reservation.

    Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.

    Prices include ‘Meet and Greet’ by Remote Control and cleaning of the apartment on departure.

    Preferred change over day is Saturday, this is flexible subject to availability.

    Check-out is by 11:00 unless otherwise agreed and Check-in is from 15:00 onwards.

This apartment is superb. It's one of the best places I've spent my holiday at. The view from the balcony is great, both during the day and during the night. With a couple of candles you can create the best romantic atmosphere.
Kotor's old town is a few minutes away when driving. The taxi fare to get there is about 4 euros.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Simply gorgeous!

a beautiful apartment furnished to an excellent spec
the view from the balcony is breath taking
the pool is lovely with almost the smae view
the supermarket is within wlaking distance
it is not affected by the road traffic

don't stay any where else

We have just had 4 nights at this apartment in Dobrota and were the first guests to stay there- it is gorgeous! The views are beyond incredible, the apartment is beautifully equipped and modern, & the setting (including pool) is incredible. Could not recommend it more highly! Would definitely want to have a car so that you can visit the nearby sites of Kotor/Perast but can easily walk down to the waterfront & there is a lovely restaurant/bar on the water within walking distance. Great for a relaxing holiday.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
