Águia Real apartments enjoy a truly fabulous location, overlooking the sea and the Albufeira Marina. This popular mini-block of identical apartments is situated in Páteo area, 20 minutes walk away from the Albufeira town centre and beach. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a double bedroom (with own shower room), a twin room, open plan kitchen, lounge with dining area, a full bathroom (with bath) and a balcony with south views. Outside, there is a shared infinity pool with stunning views. Kitchen – Dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob, kettle, toaster and all necessary appliances. Living / Dining area – Seating area with sofa bed and 2 single sofas, dining table and chairs, TV, large patio doors leading out to a private balcony (some have sea view). Main bathroom - Bath with over head shower, bidet, WC and sink. En suite shower room - Shower cubical, WC and sink. Satellite TV. There is cleaning service once per week. Long term rents can be considered.

The Apartment is located in the area of Pateo, has a pool with seaview and is above the marina of Albufeira. You can get to the town centre and the beach in 20 minutes by walk. Faro airport is around 40 Kms away, and the Algarve Shoping is 8 Kms away. There is also the famous theme park Zoomarine which is open all year around and not to be missed for families, and is 10 mins away. The nearest Golf Course is the Salgados one, and is also about 10 mins, by car. Near the apartment there is 2 mini-supermarket, restaurants, and cafés.
