  • Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Long lets by negotiation. 10% reduction for 2 week lets. 10% reduction for 2 apartments. Special prices for long winter weekends £250, Wednesday to Sunday (Ryanair fly Stanstead to Perugia Wed - Sun). A deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking, full payment 8 weeks prior to occupation of the property. Cancellation policy: in the event of cancellation after 8 weeks from the start of the holiday, 50% of the rental payment is non-refundable, we return 50%. Towels and linen are included, property is cleaned on arrival, final clean and laundry (90 Euros) required, paid directly to Dave and Julie who manage the apartment. Special prices for long autumn-winter weekends (Christmas shopping!).
