There are numerous golf courses within a short distance of the apartment, catering for all tastes. La Marquessa is a two-minute drive from the apartment and 10 minute walk, and is 18 holes.
On Quesada there are numerous bars and restaurants- Inc Italian, Indian, Chinese, English, and of course Spanish! There are also lots of supermarkets, gift shops and banks all within close proximity of the apartment.
there is also a water park on Quesada with lots of slides and water activities to keep the children happy.
Also horse riding, fishing, tennis, surfing etc.
The blue flag beach of Guardamar, which is 18km long, is only a 10-minute drive away, with plenty of parking space. A stroll round the town is definitely a must, with its markets, parks – one of which has turtles, ducks, and other wild life, and also there are plenty of restaurants and bars.
For those looking for extensive nightlife, the town of Torrievieja is only a 15-minute ride away. There are local taxis and buses.
Transfers from the airport can be arranged from Alicante, which is 30 mins away, at a cost of 30euros, or Murcia for 35 euros. A range of low cost airlines serves both airports.
We recommend these transfers to make the journey from the airport to the apartment as smooth as possible. We can also arrange car hire with a firm on Quesada, who will deliver and pick up the vehicle to and from the apartment at no extra cost.
A £100 non-refundable deposit secures a booking. The balance plus a £100 damage/key deposit to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. The damage/key deposit will be returned by cheque in the post after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. Check in from 2pm on date of arrival and check out by 11am on date of departure. Rental rates include: preparation of the apartment, bedding, clean linen and towels weekly and service charges(water, electricity etc.). Please provide own towels for beach and pool.
A welcome pack can be provided for an additional cost of 10 euros.

There are many restaurant varieties to suit all tastes. There is Indian, English, Chinese, Italian, french. Argentian and Spanish!There are many bars to, of which offer entertainment for all. Discos are held at the country club 10 mins walk from the apartment. Bingo and quizzes are also held at various other pubs. There is singers and bands that are on at weekends. When football matches are on the pubs will have them on.
