A lovely first floor apartment with a large sun roof terrace, a large communal swimming pool, exotic landscaped gardens and well equipped children's playground. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a comfortable well furnished lounge/dining room with leather sofas and dining table & chairs, a TV/DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen. Within walking distance of the supermarket, cafe, bar, tennis courts, squash courts and gym. A Jack Nicklaus signature golf and Toro town centre is opening summer 2009. The golf course which is part of the Jack Nicklaus golf trail will be linked to the other 7 Polaris World Resorts in Murcia by free shuttle buses. The beautiful beaches of Mazarron and Bolnuevo are just a 15 minute drive away. The area is very relaxed, the surrounding area with it's magnificent countryside offers a great place for walks, cycling and enjoying the local wild life. The new Marina in Mazarron is stunning any time of day and it is famous for its water sports.
