The apartment is located on the second floor of the very popular Paloma Beach complex in Los Cristianos, overlooking the heated swimming pool. The apartment is in pristine condition as it was completely overhauled in 2007, new floors, kitchen and bathroom were installed along with new rustic style furniture. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds, plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Linen is changed weekly and towels every 3 - 4 days by the on site management company. There is a 21' television with many UK channels available including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky One, Sky sports, Sky News, Discovery, Eurosport and a movie channel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while on holiday, there is a fridge, full oven, microwave, 4 ring hob, kettle and toaster along with crockery and utensils.
