Luxurious 2 bedroom, first floor apartment on the Condado de Alhama Golf Resort, with a large roof solarium. It is fully air conditioned with inverter units providing both cooling or heating and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a beautifully furnished lounge/dining area with dining table and chairs, leather suite, LCD TV and video player, fully equipped kitchen with, Halogen Hob, Microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and juicer. Close to a large communal swimming pool with shallow area for small children, gardens and play area for young children. There is a 4 chair bistro set on the terrace where one can take breakfast and watch the sun rise and plan for the day ahead. The large solarium is equipped with a 6 seater Dining Table, Coffee Table and Sun Loungers. There are tennis courts, football pitch and a bar on site and the large commercial complex containing a supermarket (to replace existing), and retail units will be opening at the end of July.

The apartment is situated on the newest Plolaris World resort, Condado de Alhama, in the Murcia region of South East Spain, just 50minutes from Murcia San Javier Airport and Alicante Airport approximately one hour away. Within a 15 minute drive you have the beaches of Boleneuvo, Puerto de Marzarron and Isla Plana. To the East one has the Mar Menor (Little sea) which is a unique area being the largest saltwater lake in Europe, with water tempertures several degrees higher than the Mediterranean. Two major nature reserve parks The Espuna mountains and Copa Negra coastal nature parks are nearby with stunning walks. Major shopping centers in Murcia and Cartagena where you will find upmarket malls and retail parks are just 20 minutes drive away. For those who enjoy golf, there are several courses within a 25km radius. There are four Jack Nicklaus Trail courses in nearby Ploaris World resorts a further one at Condado de Alhama will be opened this November providing world class golf.

Additional information about rental rates

  • • A deposit of £50 per week is payable on all bookings, with the balance of the rental to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period, the full rental is payable on booking.
    On all bookings, a refundable security deposit of £100 is payable. This will be returned after departure once our on site property manager confirms there are no breakages or damages.
    On all bookings, a cleaning and linen charge of €50 is payable on arrival to our on site property manager.
    Optional extras, which are payable to our on site property manager, include a mid-stay linen change for €20, and a welcome pack for €20.
    Long term rental prices and availability on request.
  • • Accommodation is cleaned before arrival, including clean tea towels, bath and hand towels and linen. Please bring your own beach / pool towels.
  • • Payment in Euros can be accepted. Euro denominated prices are available on request.

The Solarium, having a large luxurious table and chairs for 6, and 2 fabric loungers, reached by its own outdoor staircase and is a private 55 m² outdoor living space giving a large area in which to dine alfresco, or sunbathe and relax. On Site Facilities: Due to the ongoing development of Condado de Alhama the rental prices are reduced for 2009. As the site is some 9 million square metres this does not impact on the holiday experience offered: Holiday makers can enjoy a marvelous holiday set against stunning surroundings. Facilities currently available are: Supermarket, Bar/restaurant El Manzano, abundant communal swimming pools, gym, squash courts, and tennis courts. The onsite Town Centre, Foro measuring 8,500m², is to be open at the end of July and will offer even more bars, restaurants, bank, retail units, supermarket etc.

Golf: Condado de Alhama is part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail which will provide 9 courses within a 25km radius and provide the best golf experience in Europe. 4 courses are up and running. The Alhama Best Golf, which is to open late summer this year, is an exceptional 18 hole, par 72 course and is the Principal Signature course designed by Jack Nickalus. It features sharp changes in elevation and four lakes and is to be one of the most attractive courses in the whole of Spain. One can obtain resident’s green fees at the other Polaris World courses in the region which are open. These are, Mar Menor, La Torre, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme. You should bring your handicap certificate with you. Free shuttle buses to and from all the resorts will be available later this year making it easier to get to and from the courses of your choice, (handy if discussing the round over a drink or two at the 19th).
