A lounge that leads onto a fully furnished terrace with private swimming pool, sundeck and garden. Top edge fully equiped kitchen with a bar area, Nespresso Coffee machine, etc.The master suite is 35m2 has a sitting area, fireplace, king size bed, LCD TV and DVD player, mini fridge,bathroom with exclusive Italian tiles as well as its own private balcony. An open broad living room and lounge with a dining area for ten people. TV LCD 48 inch, DVD/CD/Mp3 player and free WI-FI internet. Private parking with electric gates, overall high security and a video intercom at the entrance. A Steinway & Sons piano. 5 minutes walk from Cannes beaches and most notorious nightlife. 50 minutes drive from Monaco, St Tropez and the Italian border. Totally renovated in 2009.
