Set in a spacious, secluded garden with its own private 9m x 5m swimming pool, the villa has three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living/dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and the whole villa is well equipped for a family holiday. To the front of the villa, there is a large patio area, ideal for barbecues. There are two further terraced areas, one to the front and one to the rear of the property. The exterior is well lit so that you can sit out during the evenings. The garden has lawned areas, mature pines and palm trees and a variety of shrubs and border plants. There is ample parking for two or three cars. The pool and garden are regularly cleaned and maintained. The property is a single storey building on a level plot. A small step leads onto the patio in front and to the rear of the property.

La Barrosa beach - an 8 km family beach with the European Blue Flag award - is just 2kms away. The beautiful, less well-known beach of old Sancti Petri is a similar distance. There are three restaurants within walking distance of the villa: Popeye is reputed for its fish dishes. Nueva Alegri­a and Azahara offer traditional Andalucian and Spanish dishes. All are popular with Spanish people and you should book if you want to eat there at weekends. A well-stocked supermarket is located behind the Nueva Alegria, very useful if you run out of items and open until 9pm most days. There is a shopping centre, with bakery, cashpoint, newsagent, takeaway restaurant and more bars and restaurants a 2 minute drive away. A Supersol supermarket is also close by. The town centre of Chiclana is about 6 kms away. This is a traditional Spanish town with a bustling covered market and a range of small shops. A large Hipersol commercial centre is located on the outskirts of the town.

Outdoor Activities: There is a marina and Yacht Club at Sancti Petri. a few minutes drive away. Also a surf and kayaking school. There are tennis courts and horse riding schools in Novo Sancti Petri, 10 minutes or so from the villa. Also bicycle hire is possible. Birdwatching and walking are popular activities in the national parks in the area - the Doñana, Los Alcornocales, Bahia de Cadiz, Trafalgar, and on the miles of empty beaches all along this coastline.

Touring: This is an excellent base for touring, with Sevilla, Cádiz, Jerez, Gibraltar, Arcos de la Frontera, Vejer and the Pueblos Blancos all within a day’s drive. And locally, you can tour the sherry bodegas of El Puerto de Santa Maria and Jerez, take a ferry across the bay from El Puerto to historic Cádiz, wander through the narrow streets of the old town centres, see the horses perform at the Royal Andalucian Equestrian School in Jeréz or visit the renowned Doñana nature reserve on the Guadalquivir. From Tarifa you can take a one or two day excursion across the straits of Gibraltar to Tangier in Morocco.
