Rushmere is an extremely spacious, detached period property with a stunning garden close to the centre of Abersoch. The village and beach are both less than 5 minutes walk away with the local shop only 200m from the property. Full of art deco features, the house briefly comprises 3 bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin and 1 x quad (4 single beds), each room has its own wash basin. 1 x ground floor bathroom with toilet and 1st floor bathroom with power shower with separate toilet. Very large lounge/dining room with open fire, TV and DVD/Playstation. Family kitchen with oil-fired Rayburn, electric cooker, dishwasher, American-style fridge/freezer and microwave. Washing machine and tumble dryer also available in separate washing area. The property is south-facing with access to the mature garden via the conservatory which opens onto a terrace with barbecue facilities. Parking is available for 2 cars and a sailing dinghy or speedboat.

  • Weekend rates are available outside Peak Summer. The property will be available for occupation from 4pm on the Friday until 4pm on Monday.
  • A provisional booking fee of £100 per booking period will be required in order to secure your preferred dates.
  • A security deposit of £300 will be required along with the final balance of payment. This will be returned to you within 14 working days of vacating the property subject to terms and conditions of the rental agreement being met.
