Perfectly situated 3 bed property with pretty garden and pool in the midst of peach orchards not far from Spanish boarder 40kms, Canet Plage 30kms, local attractions include: white water canoeing, wildlife walks, buildings of historic interest and Perpignan just 23 km, plus local markets weekly in neighbouring villages. In the shadow of the mighty Canigou mountain we boast excellent weather almost all year round, wonderful birds who migrate through here and butterflies of all description. In winter months we have skiing just 3/4 hr away. Not to mention the local fetes/fiestas all year round in the surrounding villages.Also we have a local bus that will take you to the beach for only one Euro.

Beautiful countryside overlooked by the Canigou mountain, not far from beaches and spain just 40 mins away. Nicely situated between Perpignan and Prades with local tourist attractions markets etc. Amid peach orchards in countryside with lots of country walks and wild life including royal eagle, bea eaters, insects include swallow tail butterfly, humming bird moth and many others.
