Set high on a hillside near the Penedes wine region, the masia is surrounded by the Garraf National Park and offers dramatic sea and mountain views. This tranquil and historic haven has more than 600 acres of private grounds, yet is only a 30 minute drive from Barcelona and 7 minutes from the lively beach resort of Sitges. Ideal for families, corporate groups and for special occasions such as weddings, christenings and confirmations.

The Garaff Park is one of the best nature parks around Barcelona. The park has excellent walking or biking paths, and is a highlight for anyone interested in wildlife. A Tibetan Buddhist Monastery, visible from the house, is located 5km to the east in the middle of the park. The beautiful beaches of Sitges are a short 10 minute drive away. There are 17 different beaches along the 4 km stretch. Beaches in front of the main town have sun, beds, umbrellas, showers, bars and pedallos available. The promenade that runs the length of the beaches and is popular summer evening strolls and is perfect for rollerblading or biking on its smooth surface. Wine and Cava (Catalan Champagne) tasting tours. Gastronomic weekends. Walking and biking trails. Many golf courses in the area. Skiing in the Pyrenees is 2 hours away. One of the most popular European destinations, Barcelona, Spain's most cosmopolitan city, best known for its Gaudi architecture, is only 30 minutes away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To check availability and make your booking please phone or send an email to Servais or Helena Boosten. After confirmation of your booking, we will email you an invoice. The first 30% should be paid within 10 days, and the rest 5 weeks before arrival. If you are booking less then 5 weeks in advance the whole sum has to be paid. We charge an additional cleaning fee of 135 Euros per rental and a refundable deposit of 500 euros (in case of damages) is required on arrival.

    A maid service is available for an additional 85 Euros a day.
  • Car-rental with or without driver, catering, private cook, baby-sitter, any question, we have the solution.

Sitges: Sitges, a short 10 minute drive away, is a lovely town 35 km south of Barcelona. With more than 300 sunny days a year and thanks to its special micro-climate, 'Summer' lasts longer here than anywhere else in the area. It is particularly famous for its long seafront and beautiful sandy beach, as well as for its harbour, restaurants, shops and picturesque streets. The promenade runs the length of the beaches and is popular for summer evening strolls and perfect for rollerblading or biking.

Culture: Sitges has a number of world famous festivals: fiesta major, carnaval, corpus cristi (when the streets are carpeted with flowers), a tango festival and a film festival in autumn. There are numerous cultural events from intimate jazz, classic and opera performances to small pop and rock concerts. There are hundrends of restaurants, cafes and bars offering everything from quite dinners to late night dancing. The Penedes region is 30 minutes away by car and offers wine and Cava (Catalan Champagne) tasting tours. The Garraf National Park offers many pleasent walking and biking trails (GR Routes).
