2 Bedroom ( 1 x double, 1 x twin and 1 x double sofa bed in lounge) apartment spread over 3 floors in a quiet and peaceful complex overlooking the sea with sunset views in Cala Coral (2 mins from Cala Tarida Square). The property benefits from a private roof-top terrace with jacuzzi/plunge pool overlooking the sea to the front and Mountains to the rear - so you get sunrise and sunset views from the pool. On the roof there is also a large built-in barbecue area for entertaining/alfresco dining and table and chairs.There are 2 additional terraces - one from large lounge/diner and one from Master bedroom. This penthouse apartment is ideally suitable for families, couples and groups of friends. The apartment has recently been refurbished with two new bathrooms and a new fitted kitchen in 2009. Normally the apartment is rented for 4-6 people however 8 people can be accommodated subject to demand.

Nearest Airport: Ibiza at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: San Antonio at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 300 Metres

Quiet and peaceful with amazing sea views from its three terraces, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as San Antonio and Ibiza town the apartment, has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. Cala Milar voted one of the best restaurants on the island (ten minutes walk) has amazing sunset views from its terrace overlooking the sea Ibiza airport is a 15 min. taxi/car trip to the apt. Ferries to port San Antonio are a few km closer (10-15 min) than the Ibiza port (25-30 min). Cala Tarida also has running buses from San Antonio and Ibiza centre. Car rentals are available also in Cala Tarida so renting immediately from airport not necessary.

We have just spent four days at the end of October at the appartment and we have had a lovely time. The appartment is comfortable, quiet and in a very convenient situation to explore the south of the island. It was a great time of year because there were very few tourists and the weather was great. We will definitely go back!

We would just like to congratulate you on a wonderful apartment, ideally located for a quiet stay whilst within a stones throw of all the action if you want it. We had a great stay here and everything was as described!!
If there are any complaints then we would say it was very hot when we were there, 35 degrees and the aprtment could benefit from air conditioning but not essential?!
This is a great holiday apartment!!!
