The apartment is situated on the second floor of a new development in a quiet residential area and yet is only a short stroll from the centre of town. It has two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, as well as a second, separate shower room/toilet. The open plan living room has a sofa bed, satellite TV, music system, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher. The west facing balcony catches the afternoon sun, even in winter, so you can relax in the deck chairs, looking up at Mont Blanc. The apartment has the benefit of a private parking space in a secure underground garage, with direct access to the apartment and locker for ski equipment.

Situated in the world famous ski resort of Chamonix, the apartment offers easy access to the slopes, including the 'Vallee Blanche', whilst the town centre, with its night-clubs, bars, restaurants, shops and casino is just a short stroll away. In winter, Chamonix offers a wide variety of skiing at all levels, for skiers and boarders alike and is especially renowned for its off-piste opportunities. For those looking for a more relaxing break, there are many marked walking trails and guided snow-shoe walks. In summer you can take your pick from hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, paragliding and a host of other high-adrenalin sports. Alternatively, there is golf, swimming or a ride on the Montenvers tramway to see the famous 'Mer de Glace' glacier or why not take a cable car ride over Mont Blanc into Italy? In short, Chamonix occupies a magnificent site, surrounded by numerous snow-capped peaks where you can relax and soak up the wonderful mountain air.
