Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à Nice dans ce superbe appartement. Situation idéale au centre de Nice et pourtant très calme. Appartement moderne, fonctionnel, confortable. Belle terrasse dont nous avons largement profité durant cette semaine ensoleillée. Le garage a été très utile puisque parquer à cet endroit relève de la mission impossible. Aide très utile de Jean-Pierre. Peut faire l'objet d'améliorations : pour les francophones, il n'y a que les chaînes anglaises; pas évident avec des ados.. Le matériel de cuisine est un peu mince.

Je recommanderais cet appartment à des amis et j'espère bien pouvoir y retourner avec ma famille.

We were very lucky to get Louises apartment, as there were problems with the apartment we orginally booked. At short notice I contacted the owner and she was happy to let me rent for the 9days,that I required for my holiday.
I arrived in Nice on a Friday and was meet by the Caretaker JP who was very helpful and explained everything that we required to know. The apartment was beautiful brilliant location so central to shops, resturants and the promenade is just 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is well equiped and lots of information was available about Nice. I would highly reccommend this apartment for anyone who would like to stay in Nice.

The apartment was in a great location, 2 minutes walk from the place massena, 2 minutes from galeries lafayette, 4 minutes from all the restaurants in the old town and less that 10 minutes from the beach (and that is if you walk very slow). The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The sun would shine on the terrace from about 14.00 - 20.00 so it was a perfect place to sit on a night, before we went out. Louise was very helpful when we were booking our holiday and Jean made us feel very welcome when we arrived in Nice.
I would definitely recommend this apartment for 4 people.
